Heritage Community Credit Union offers 2nd chance checking accounts with initial deposit of $25, no balance requirement and low service fee. Anyone who lives or works in counties of Placer and Sacramento is eligible to join Heritage Community.

    They all use chez systems so chances are high of being turned down by a bank if your score by cheesy stems is considered high riisk

    To apply for a second chance banking account, I need an account to deposit start-up deposit….. If I already have an account why would I be applying to you? So how would I get you the money? Do I ask a friend? Then what if I get denied, I hope my friend gives me my money back!!!
